Skeletal health
During this assessment, I observe how you move within your body. This helps me identify areas of restriction and evaluate the condition of your joints and muscles. The process includes a thorough inspection, palpation, and specific movement testing to determine your functional capacity and limitations.
I place your medical history and personal background into context to better understand your current presentation. My aim is to narrow down the primary area of concern and explore what may have contributed to your current level of function — or limitation.
Are you experiencing an acute injury? Or has your body already begun to adapt and compensate for an existing restriction in a less obvious way?
Once the underlying factors have been identified, my role is to provide your body with the appropriate therapeutic stimulus to support its natural healing processes. Alongside hands-on treatment, I will guide you in developing a clear strategy to regain control of your health and actively support your recovery.
Together, we will establish a plan tailored to your needs — one that promotes optimal recovery, restores function, and builds resilience.
The goal of your journey is not only to rehabilitate your current concern, but also to prevent further injury, maintain long-term health, and support your overall wellbeing.
